    1. Acceptance of terms

    By accessing or using any product or service operated by Robosapien Limited ("RoboSapien", "we", "us", "our"), including UrbanCode, MarketCode, and LangCode (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

    2. Account registration

    To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

    3. Permitted use

    You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

    • Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
    • Use automated means to scrape, collect, or harvest data from the Services beyond what is permitted by your plan.
    • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Services without our written consent.

    4. AI-generated content disclaimer

    The Services use artificial intelligence to generate analyses, reports, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to legal, financial, valuation, or planning advice). You are solely responsible for verifying and validating any AI-generated output before relying on it for any decision.

    5. Intellectual property

    All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, belong to Robosapien Limited or our licensors. Your use of the Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

    You retain ownership of the data you upload to the Services. By uploading data, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

    6. Payment and billing

    Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

    Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

    7. Refunds

    We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your first payment. After this period, fees are non-refundable. Refund requests should be sent to legal@robosapien.ai.

    8. Service availability

    We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime.

    9. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robosapien Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

    Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    10. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robosapien Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

    12. Modifications

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    13. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
